There are seasons in life when you find yourself yearning for a deeper relationship with God, seeking clarity for an significant decisions, or simply wanting someone to accompany you in prayer. Spiritual direction offers a sacred space to slow down, listen with openness, discern God's movement in your life, and become aware of His presence.

I'd be honored to accompany you on that journey.

A Time Set Apart

Spiritual direction is a confidential, on ongoing relationship with a Spiritual Director centered on sacred listening. Through prayerful conversation, you are invited to notice where God may be present and respond more openly to His loving invitation.

Unlike counseling, which often focuses on healing emotional wounds, or coaching, which is centered on achieving specific goals, spiritual direction nurtures and deepens your relationship with God.

Together we prayerfully explore questions such as:

  • Where have you noticed God's presence recently?

  • What desires has God placed on your heart?

  • How might Scripture, prayer, and silence illuminate your next step?

Rather than providing answers or telling you what to do, I create space for you to listen more deeply. Together, we pay attention to the ways God may be moving through your experiences, relationships, questions, and desires. Over time, the practice of Spiritual Direction cultivates greater awareness, discernment and intimacy with God. Ultimately, allowing your faith to deepen in meaningful ways.

A Place to Begin

If you’ve never experienced spiritual direction before, you may wonder what you’re supposed to say or do. There is nothing you need to prepare. You are welcome to bring your questions, your longing, your uncertainty, your faith, even your doubts.

Our hour-long session begins with a short guided meditation, creating a gentle space to arrive and settle in. From there, I may ask, “What has been stirring in your heart and mind?”

What unfolds is a prayerful conversation centered on your relationship with God, the Divine, or other words you may use to name the sacred. Together, we listen, reflect, and make space for whatever may be emerging in your spiritual life.

We typically meet once a month, with the flexibility to meet more often if that feels supportive. My fee for an hour-long session is $85. If you are experiencing financial hardship, I do reserve a percentage of my practice offering a reduced rate.

When Your Soul Longs for More

Sometimes you reach a point where life no longer feels complete. You may find yourself longing for a closer relationship with God, even if you can't fully explain why.

Maybe your faith is changing, you're questioning old beliefs, navigating a major life transition, or you've spent years reading about spiritual growth but long for a lived experience instead of more information.

My role as a Spiritual Director is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you. The growth itself comes through your willingness to be honest, and open to what is unfolding. It is a safe, unhurried place to explore your faith without pressure or judgment, listen for God’s presence and discover what may be unfolding beneath the surface of your life.
