There are seasons when we long for a deeper relationship with God, seek clarity for an important decision, or simply want someone to walk with us in prayer. Spiritual direction offers a space to listen with openness, discern God's gentle leading, and discover that He has been present all along.

A Time Set Apart

Spiritual direction is an ongoing relationship with a Spiritual Director of sacred listening that helps you recognize God's presence and respond more fully to His loving invitation.

Unlike counseling, which often focuses on healing emotional wounds, or coaching, which is centered on achieving specific goals, spiritual direction focuses on your relationship with God.

Together we prayerfully explore questions such as:

  • Where have you noticed God's presence recently?

  • What desires has God placed on your heart?

  • How might Scripture, prayer, and silence illuminate your next step?

Our time together, is about learning how to notice God at work in your life, discerning the Divine’s guidance and wisdom, and allowing your faith to deepen in meaningful ways.

When Your Soul Longs for More

Sometimes you reach a point where life no longer feels complete. You may find yourself longing for a closer relationship with God, even if you can't fully explain why.

Maybe your faith is changing, you're questioning old beliefs, navigating a major life transition, or you've spent years reading about spiritual growth but long for a lived experience instead of more information.

My role as a Spiritual Director is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you. The growth itself comes through your willingness to be honest, and open to what is unfolding. It is a safe place to explore without pressure or judgment.
