Spiritual Life Coaching
Sharing your story can make all the difference.
As a spiritual life coach—sometimes referred to as a spiritual director, mentor, or companion—I offer guidance to women who are seeking deeper spiritual understanding and growth. Many of the women I work with have stepped away from their professional lives and are no longer actively raising children at home. This season of life often brings greater stillness and self-examination, creating space to reflect on beliefs, purpose, and what feels most meaningful now.
Through conversational sessions, we engage in a reflective exploration of your heart, mind, and soul. Compassion and loving kindness are central to my work, and our time together is shaped to provide a supportive and attentive presence where you can freely express your spiritual experiences, questions, doubts, and longings. I offer gentle guidance and insights drawn from various spiritual traditions while honoring your own beliefs and inner authority.
Together, we reflect on the significance of your lived experiences and how they are shaping your spiritual path forward. This process often brings clarity and encourages trust in your intuition, helping you deepen your spiritual connection and embrace a path that feels authentic to you. Over time, this work may lead to the development of a personal spiritual practice and to answers that support a richer and more meaningful spiritual life, including a clearer sense of purpose and calling.
Women have sought my counsel to:
gain greater compassion in challenging relationships.
make important decisions with their hearts.
improve their ability to listen for Divine guidance.
realize genuine and lasting ways to forgive.
move through the spiritual process of grief.
strengthen their faith during a health crisis.
establish and maintain a contemplative prayer or meditation practice.
discover new and meaningful ways of sacred service.
experience the Divine in nature.
I offer spiritual life coaching sessions over Zoom, by telephone and in-person in the Charlotte area of North Carolina.
A complimentary discovery call is available.
It is important to understand the difference between Spiritual Life Coaching and psychotherapy. Psychotherpy is guiding another toward resolution or improvement in an emotionally or mentally stressful situation or issue. Spiritual Life Coaching is being with another in sacred, safe space, willing to explore the unknown together.
